Our approach
The visit was
the easy part.
Everything that happens after is where most primary care quietly falls apart. We built the practice to make that part work.
The starting point
Listen, then plan.
Your first visit is a real conversation, usually an hour or more. Sarah reads your records ahead of time so the time gets spent on you, on what you're noticing, and on what you've already tried.
You leave with a clear direction and the first few steps you can take this week. Every conversation after that revisits the plan, adjusts it, and keeps it honest against what's actually happening in your life.
How visits work
Long enough to ask the second question.
Unhurried by design
Visits run as long as the conversation needs. Intake is typically an hour or more. Quick follow-ups can be fifteen minutes. The schedule serves the visit.
Telehealth, done well
Secure video from wherever you are. We review labs together on screen, walk through medications, and watch patterns over months.
Between-visit access
Text Sarah directly. Message through the Hint portal. Call the practice line. Schedule a quick video. We meet you where you are.
One provider, every time
You see Sarah for every visit. Your history lives with her, and the pattern recognition that takes years to build stays in one place.
Labs & coordination
We order. You stay close to home for the rest.
Foundation Health Group is a telehealth practice with no physical office for blood draws, imaging, or procedures. Everything that has to happen in person gets coordinated with trusted local providers.
Lab work
Sarah orders labs and sends them to LabCorp or Quest. You pick the location nearest you. Wholesale cash pricing is often available, frequently at a fraction of insurance-billed rates. Sarah reviews results with you in plain language.
Imaging & specialists
For mammograms, colonoscopies, dermatology, cardiology, or any specialist care, Sarah refers you to providers we trust in your area, shares the relevant history, and follows up on what they find.
Hospitalizations & emergencies
For anything urgent, the ER or your local hospital remains the right place. Most members pair their membership with a high-deductible insurance plan to cover catastrophic events. We're happy to talk through how that fits together.
What we believe
Care that respects your time and your judgment.
How you'll feel in twenty years is shaped most by what you do in a typical week. We work on the week.
That belief shapes how long visits run, why plans get revisited rather than dictated, and why we measure progress in habits that hold, in blood pressure trending right, in sleep that actually restores you, and in conversations that lead to real changes.
Curious if this fits?
A free call, no commitment, fifteen minutes.
We'll talk through what you're looking for and whether direct primary care is right for you. If it isn't, we'll help you find someone who is.
