Sarah manages your ongoing and preventive care for adults through secure video visits. Annual check-ins, sick visits, medication reviews, chronic condition follow-ups, lifestyle planning, lab review: the full range of primary care, without the waiting room.
Available for patients located in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.

Ongoing support for high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, thyroid disorders, cholesterol, and metabolic health. Regular follow-ups, direct messaging between visits, adjustments that account for how a medication is fitting into your life.
You can text when your blood pressure runs high three days in a row. You can ask why a new medication makes you feel off. You can change the plan when something stops working.

Nutrition, sleep, stress, movement: the four levers that, repeated, account for most of how you feel and how long you stay well. Sarah builds plans with you that fit the actual shape of your week.
We revisit those plans. We notice what's stuck. We figure out what to change. Habit work that goes unchecked tends to drift; checking in is most of the work.

Screenings on a cadence that matches your age, your history, and what we're watching. Sarah orders labs through LabCorp or Quest. You go to whichever location is closest. Wholesale cash pricing is available for many tests, often a fraction of insurance-billed rates.
Sarah reviews the results with you in plain language and decides the next step together.

Sarah refers you to specialists, imaging centers, and procedures we trust in your area, sends them the records they need, and follows up on what they find. If you end up in the ER or hospital, we coordinate the handoff back.

Text Sarah. Message through the Hint portal. Call the practice line. Schedule a quick video. Most questions get answered the same day, in the channel that fits the question.
What happens elsewhere
For anything urgent, the ER is the right place. Most members pair the membership with a high-deductible insurance plan to cover hospital and catastrophic costs.
Mammograms, colonoscopies, CT scans, MRIs, biopsies. Sarah orders and coordinates; you go to the facility we refer you to. Your insurance or cash pricing applies to the procedure itself.
Cardiology, dermatology, GI, endocrinology, OB-GYN, mental health. We refer; their fees are billed separately, usually to your insurance.
Sarah prescribes. Prescriptions go to your pharmacy of choice. We're happy to help you find the lowest cost option through generic alternatives or discount programs.
